ABOUT THE FOUNDER
Ryan Rice is a long time environmentalist and sustainable food trailblazer. He has a university education in environmental studies and sustainable eating. Ryan is from the United States, where he gained a wealth of knowledge and experience contributing to the sustainable food system and culture. He has worked as a chef in some of the top restaurants in California, NYC and Florida and he's worked with organic farming, urban farming, and holds a certificate in professional mushroom cultivation from Belgium. His aim is to help create a new and sustainable food system that can be introduced into any urban setting or city where local and sustainable food is needed.
